    Once you’ve selected a nanny, we’ll help finalize a work agreement—and offer a 120-day replacement guarantee if your needs change.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know before joining our network of trusted nannies.

  • We currently operate in 37 states across the country providing live-in and live-out placements. 

  • There is an initial deposit of $300 when you register with our agency. This deposit is refunded if we do not place a nanny with your family. The $300 is deducted from the placement fee if you hire one of our candidates. Our placement fee is equal to 18% of the caregiver’s annual projected salary with a minimum fee of $3500. 

  • We will replace the nanny within 120 days of the nanny’s start date with your family. 

  • The $300 deposit is due at the start of the search. The placement fee is due after the nanny completes her third day of employment. 

  • Nanny salaries depend on a variety of factors including experience and the job description. Salaries average between $22 to $40 per hour. 

  • Yes, all our nannies are professionally screened and referenced including the following: an interview with a placement coordinator, a minimum of three childcare references, and a thorough background check, which includes driving record check, sex offender registry check, and federal and state background check. 

  • The primary duty of your nanny will be to care for your children. The nanny can also perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation. Since every family’s needs are unique, our placement coordinator will discuss any additional requirements you may have during your initial consultation. 

  • We suggest registering with our agency four to six weeks in advance of your desired start date. We do have nannies available to start right away for immediate openings and will do our best to accommodate each family’s needs.
